Centrally located Christchurch apartment complex adjacent to new Justice Precinct. Six Storey, 44 unit apartment building with commercial and retail spaces on the ground level. General Agency with 16 unconditional sales made by The Property Factory. Currently under construction.

65 unit townhouse development constructed in partnership between Fletcher Residential and Kiwibuild. Upon completion in 2019 Kiwibuild backed out of project and Fletchers selected The Property Factory as the Sole external Agency to bring this project to market. 45 sales made by The Property Factory across 6 months (remainder by Fletcher’s internal sales team) which included 2 months of 2020 Covid lockdown.

Boutique 12 unit townhouse development located in Wanaka. General Agency with local agents also selling the project. 8 units sold by The Property Factory with one more still under contract since launch. Released during the 2021 Alert Level 4 lockdown.

Completed 24 unit apartment building located at Arthurs Point in Queenstown. Building constructed in 2019 as a hotel, converted to residential apartments for sale. Priced from $550,000 - $990,000. Sole Agency arrangement, all 24 units sold or under contract in six months (during 2021 Covid lockdowns).
